Day 2 as Bostonians...
Our second day in Boston was filled with sightseeing and a special dinner to celebrate our "40th" Wedding Anniversary. We started out being adventurous and decided to ride the "Train" to our destination for departing on the "Duck Tour". The Duck Tour is a tour in an amphibious vehicle from World War II. It takes you through both the streets of Boston and "IN" the Charles River. Our tour guide was a "hoot" just like Mr. G (must be something about people from Boston).
Next, we went to see the USS Constitution. It was the second frigate purchased by the U.S. Navy in the late 1700's. This was Mr. P's favorite place to visit. He is very interested in history and especially Naval History.
We ended our day with a very special dinner for our 40th Anniversary, 52 floors up at the top of the Prudential Building... another "GREAT" recommendation from Mr. G.
Here are "some" of the pictures we took our second day in Boston!
