Happy Memorial Day.....

This is a day when we honor all our servicemen/women who have served our country and may have even died for it. Mr. Peck served in the Air Force during the Vietnam War. He was fortunate enough to be in data processing and we stayed in the states where we spent four years in San Antonio, Texas at a Strategic Air Command and Training base. I know many of you have/had relatives that have served our country. Take some time today to think about why we live in this free country.

Enjoy what's left of the weekend.... see you tomorrow.....

Spring Concert

I was so proud of all of the Ry/Ro's, Apes, & Heroes who performed in the concert. Orff was amazing, chorus didn't miss a note, and the solos were awesome. We have so much talent!!! Here are some pictures I took.....

5th Grade News.....

This is such a BUSY & EXCITING time for 5th graders. There is soooooo much happening before the end of your time at Beauclerc. One of those activities I "LOVE" is Grandstand. Maybe because it's the music of "my" generation. You have to admit that YOU like it, too..... Here are some of the pictures I took while you practiced out in the amphitheater. Unfortunately, I got there too late to get pictures of "My Boyfriend's Back. Sorry.......

I think those "Wipe Out" girls want the boys to turn around.....

Yeah!

Now turn around, girls.....

How about that "Hip" action....

Girls..... they boys are to your right!

Here comes Frankie Lymon and the teenagers.....

Click those fingers.....

Ouch! Micah, how do you do that....

Singing from their hearts.....

The End.....

What's Mikayla waiting for?

Oh, here come the "Boots" girls.....

I think these girls are made for "Walking".....

How about you?

There they go.....

4th Grade News.....

Half of the class has started on their Power Point presentations. Thank you to Mrs. Shaaber for teaching us the ins and outs of Power Point. While some of our class was in the Computer Lab, the rest worked on publishing their reports. They should all be done this next week. Then all that's left in writing (sniff sniff) is to pick our best of the best pieces of each genre of writing for our portfolio. All other writing pieces will be coming home!

Have a great loooooong weekend....

Love you..... Mrs. P
