Learning is "FUN" in Parrot-Dise...
This week we took our Theme Benchmark Test in Reading and got back into reading our novel. We have met some interesting characters in "Winn Dixie"... Ms. Franny Block introduced us to the Civil War and is getting ready to tell the story of her Grandfather... can't wait to see what happens! In Writing we are learning about putting "Sensory Details" in our writing. The Parrots are becoming experts at turning "Black & White" sentences into "Living Color " sentences with Sensory Details....
We are continuing to work on Multiplication, Arrays, and Word Problems in Math... Keep working on learning those Multiplication Facts. Science was a little "Musical" this week as we learned a song to help the Phases of the Moon... Parrot-Dise is a fun place for learning!
