Week of Learning and "Dancing"...
We
have had a wonderful week in Rm 131. In Science we are still working on
our Earth Science Unit. We have been "rotating an revolving" all week
long. In Math we are starting on Multiplication and Algebra. In Writing
we have finished our Engaging Beginnings and next week we are starting
on Sensory Details in our writing. In Reading we are finishing our third
and final story in our "Fantasy" theme. Some of the parrots spent
Thursday afternoon at the 4th/5th Grade "Sock Hop". Thank you PTA for a
wonderful time!
This week we had a democratic vote and named our "Parrot". It is now officially named "Gertie"!
