Busy week in Parrot-Dise...

A lot of learning has been going on in Rm 131. In Math we are working on "Estimating". In Writing we are learning about dialogue conventions, and the Scientific Process in Science. In Reading we are using our "Thinking Maps" to reinforce our skill of Compare/Contrast and Vocabulary. 

Tuesday night was "Beauclerc" night at McDonalds. Thank you to those who supported our school.

PTA will be holding it's first Family Fun Night of the school year on Tuesday, September 18, 2012 from 5:00-7:00pm at the McDonalds located at 8590 Baymeadows Rd. 

Hope to see some Parrots there.... Mrs. P will be there from 5:00-6:00 with her camera!

  

4th Week in Parrot-Dise...

We have had a busy week... We took Duval County Benchmark Tests Monday-Thursday. We also were very busy in class academically.  The best part was we figured out how to use our Interactive White Board!
