5th Grade News.....
WOW!! What a busy week. Everyone worked together to finish up and present their Wax Museum projects. Unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I wasn't able to attend, but thanks to Mr. G I got some awesome pictures for me. Thanks, Mr. G. Also, a HUGE thanks to Mrs. Hartless for her hard work and help. You are one of the reasons the Heroes and Apes were so great!!!!! Of course the other reason is the AWESOME Heroes and Apes.
There was something else going on this week. Mr. G finished his Holocaust Study with pictures and discussion of the plight of the Jews during this time. It will become more and more meaningful as we read our novels for this study.
Yeah! we finally started "Number the Stars". This novel takes place in Denmark, one of the countries that SAVED most of their Jews. Can't wait to read more!!!!
Looking forward to getting back to a normal routine with the Apes and Heroes.
Love you..... Mrs. P
